Welcome Cocktail Function

7.00pm Welcome Cocktail Function commences
Join us for a 3 course cocktail style dinner, where you will have the opportunity to network with other guests and meet the Toll Charity Classic and McGrath Foundation Teams, plus a surprise or two....
(This function is a casual event and beverages on consumption)

Friday, 20th August

Golf

7.30am Golf registration commences at Royal Pines Pro Shop and driving range is open for guests
8.00am Light breakfast commences at Tee's Clubhouse
9.15am Tournament briefing for the Toll Charity Classic
9.30am Shotgun start in Toll Charity Classic
11.00am to 2.00pm Lunch served for guests on course
3.00pm End of round in Toll Charity Classic (guests are welcome to use locker facilities at Royal Pines Resort)

Ladies Lunch

11.30am Ladies lunch registration commences.  Pre-lunch drinks are served
12.00pm Lunch commences - main meals are served
12.30pm Guest Speaker(s)
1.30pm Dessert is served
2.00pm Raffle is drawn and guests can purchase flower arrangements on tables
2.30pm to 3.00pm Ladies lunch concludes

 Gala Ball

6.00pm Pre-dinner drinks - Grand Ballroom Foyer
6.30pm  Fireworks
6.40pm Guests proceed to Grand Ballroom
